Structural optimization of the flow field simulation study of the double-inlet desulfurization absorption tower
When the unilateral induced draft fan is out of operation,the flue gas will escape from the inlet of the decommissioning side,and in the actual operation,the airflow partition is added at the inlet of the absorption tower to avoid such a situation.Through the CFD numerical simulation method,the optimal type of separator between different shapes and sizes was analyzed.The results show that by comparing different forms of separators,the triangular separator can guide the airflow distribution in the desulfurization tower,and the uniformity of the airflow is relatively good,so the triangular diaphragm is recommended.For the triangular diaphragm,the influence of different separator angles,diaphragm widths and separator lengths on the uniformity of airflow was analyzed,and the triangular diaphragm with an angle of 30°,a width of 5 m and a length of 12 m could make the internal airflow of the desulfurization tower more uniform.
