Waste heat recovery heating system based on heat pump technology
The circulating cooling water of traditional thermal power plants contains a large amount of low-grade waste heat.Using heat pump technology to recover it can significantly improve the energy utilization efficiency of heating system, which is conducive to achieving the goals of energy saving, emission reduction and'carbon neutrality'.In this paper,a heat recovery heating system based on single and double absorption heat pump units is designed, aiming at effectively utilizing the waste heat in circulating cooling water, increasing the heating capacity and analyzing the system performance. The results show that compared with the traditional heating system, the two kinds of waste heat recovery heating systems can significantly recover the heat of circulating cooling water, increase the heating capacity of the system, greatly reduce the energy consumption and bring considerable economic benefits. The dual absorption heat pump system shows better thermal performance and has significant advantages in energy saving and emission reduction. The influence of circulating cooling water inlet temperature and primary network backwater temperature on the performance of double absorption heat pump unit is analyzed. It is found that the circulating cooling water temperature has a great influence on the system performance. With the increase of circulating cooling water temperature, the heat supply ratio, standard coal saving and new heating area of the system increase, while the primary network backwater temperature has little influence on the system performance. With the increase of primary network backwater temperature, the heat supply ratio, standard coal saving and new heating area of the system are almost unchanged.
