Optimal analysis of control strategy of parallel pump
Taking the secondary pump system of a cold station in an automobile factory in Shanghai as the research object,the method of optimizing the operation of the pump system to improve the efficiency is discussed.The historical operation data is derived from the energy management system,and the actual performance model of the pump is established.The Matlab soft is used to create a mathematical model to traverse the working conditions and solve the optimal number of running units.According to the actual situation of the site,formulate the optimized operation strategy and deploy it for operation.The results show that the energy saving rate of the pump reaches 7%,which has guiding significance for improving the efficiency of the pump and can reduce the operation cost without hardware transformation.
