基于碳排放的水利水电工程建设分析

以中国四川省渠江水利水电工程为样本,采用全生命周期评价方法,探讨以航运为主、发电为次的水利水电工程碳排放计算方法。针对工程建设阶段、维护运营阶段和退役处置阶段的碳排放量开展分组计算,综合评价和分析渠江工程的碳排放总量,并且与火力发电进行比较,阐明水力发电的清洁性和优质性的属性。以实际数据证明,大力开发水电能够有效降低温室气体的排放。
Analysis of water conservancy and hydropower project construction based on carbon emission
Taking water conservancy and hydropower project in Qujiang,Sichuan Province,China as a sample,the calculation method of carbon emission of water conservancy and hydropower project with shipping as the main factor and power generation as the second factor is discussed by using the whole life cycle assessment method.According to the carbon emissions in the construction stage,maintenance and operation stage and decommissioning stage,the total carbon emissions of Qujiang Project are comprehensively evaluated and analyzed,and compared with thermal power generation,the cleanliness and high quality attributes of hydro-power generation are clarified.It is proved by actual data that vigorously developing hydropower can effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
