Design of high temperature heat pump dried fruit drying system based on fuzzy control
Aiming at the application scenario of high-temperature heat pump drying technology replacing traditional steam or hot air drying in preserved fruit drying,a high-temperature heat pump drying system was developed.Combined with the structure of the heat exchanger and the heat exchange characteristics,the characteristics of the preserved fruit drying process were analyzed,and the fuzzy logic control was applied to the heat pump drying process.Considering the coupling of the thermal field distribution,temperature gradient control and drying time of the drying oven,the fuzzy controller and fuzzy rule table were designed in detail,and the heat pump drying control system controlled by programmable logic controller(PLC)was used to carry out the experimental test of longan drying.The results show that the fuzzy control has good steady-state and transient performance,and has the advantages of fast temperature regulation,small error,high drying efficiency and good energy-saving effect,and is suitable for the deep processing of fruit and vegetable agricultural products with complex drying process,high temperature regulation requirements,and reduced human intervention affecting the quality.
