Analysis of influencing factors and optimization strategy of'energy consumption expenditure of ten thousand yuan income'index
The key index of performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals,'10 000 yuan income and energy consumption expenditure',is the core index to evaluate whether the hospital income status is suitable for the utilization level of energy resources,and it is also the key problem and breakthrough to be solved for public hospitals to improve their own operational efficiency.Through index value disassembly method,influencing factor listing analysis method,combined with domestic advanced hospitals and their own practical management experience and data,this paper explores the path and countermeasures to improve and optimize index value.Systematic analysis and research can actively promote the development of hospitals'medical business capabilities and effectively improve the matching degree of energy consumption levels.Adjusting and optimizing the index value of'energy consumption expenditure per 10 000 yuan of income'requires multiple measures and multi-dimensional and all-round implementation of optimization countermeasures,so that the utilization level of hospital energy resources can develop in the direction of strong economy,reasonable distribution,low consumption and high efficiency.
