摘要

西南某火电厂通过调研周边食品加工企业的冷库用冷需求提出集中供冷方案.将制冷装置的压缩机和其他辅助设备集中放置于厂内独立的专用机房,建设集中供冷站,利用间接制冷循环系统,通过载冷剂将冷负荷送至分散的各个冷用户.研究表明,集中供冷站可以实现自动控制、远程监控功能,具有厂用电成本优势,减少了用户设备投资及维护成本的吸引力.

Abstract

A thermal power plant in southwest China proposed a centralized cooling scheme by investigating the cold storage cooling needs of surrounding food processing enterprises.The compressor and other auxiliary equipment of the refrigeration unit are centrally placed in an independent special machine room in the plant,and a centralized cooling station is built,and the indirect refrigeration circulation system is used to send the cooling load to the scattered refrigeration users through the refrigerant.The research shows that the central cooling station can realize the functions of automatic control and remote monitoring,which has the advantage of plant electricity cost and reduces the attractiveness of user equipment investment and maintenance cost.
