摘要

我国垃圾焚烧发电行业能源利用效率总体偏低,随着国补退坡和市场逐渐趋于饱和,增加能效对于提高行业盈利能力具有重要作用.文中分析我国垃圾焚烧发电行业的能效发展水平及提高能源利用效率的途径和措施,将垃圾焚烧发电项目的余热利用与市政供暖相结合,在提高电厂经济效益的同时,充分发挥民生保障作用,具有显著的社会效益、环保效益.对我国垃圾焚烧发电行业余热利用潜力进行估算和分析,结果表明,北方项目余热回收供暖具有大的发展空间以及显著的碳减排效益.

Abstract

The overall energy utilization efficiency in China's waste-to-energy incineration industry is relatively low.As national subsidies phase out and the market gradually reaches saturation,improving energy efficiency plays a crucial role in enhancing the industry's profitability.This paper analyzes the development level of energy efficiency in China's waste-to-energy incineration industry and the pathways and measures to improve energy utilization efficiency.By integrating the waste heat utilization of waste-to-energy incineration projects with municipal heating,it not only improves the economic benefits of power plants but also fully plays a role in safeguarding people's livelihoods,with significant social and environmental benefits.An estimation and analysis of the waste heat utilization potential in China's waste-to-energy incineration industry show that there is a large room for development and significant carbon emission reduction benefits in the waste heat recovery and heating for projects in the northern regions.
