Optimization of operating pressure in heavy aromatics lightening distillation system
Distillation is an important unit operation in the chemical industry, and its energy consumption accounts for a significant proportion of the plant's total.Briefly describes the impact of pressure on the distillation process and how adjusting the distillation pressure appropriately can achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.Taking the C6/C7 removal tower of a domestic heavy aromatics lightening development project as an example,by increasing the pressure of the C6/C7 removal tower from 0.1 MPa(g)to 1.05 MPa(g)and raising the condenser temperature at the top of the tower, the distillation system can produce an additional 1.20 MPa(g)steam, thereby improving economic benefits. The energy consumption of the entire distillation system is examined, and the chemical simulation software ASPEN is used for accounting.Calculations show that after the pressure optimization of the C6/C7 removal tower, the system can produce an additional 1.20 MPa steam at a rate of 11.53 t/h,saving operational costs of 6.373 3 million yuan per year, with an increase in investment of 2.217 million yuan, resulting in very significant economic benefits.
