Experimental study on operation optimization of air-cooled fans in supercritical units
Optimizing the operation of air-cooled fans to determine the optimal fan operating frequency for air-cooled units under different environmental temperatures and loads, thereby improving the economic operation of the unit. The results show that at 50%THA condition of the unit, within the temperature parameter range of 5~15 ℃,increasing the frequency of the air-cooled fans causes the unit back pressure to approach the blocking back pressure;within the temperature parameter range of 5~30 ℃,the air-cooled fan frequency should operate around 39 Hz.At 75%THA condition, within the temperature parameter range of 5~15 ℃,increasing the frequency of the air-cooled fans causes the unit back pressure to approach the blocking back pressure;within the temperature parameter range of 15~25 ℃,the air-cooled fan frequency should operate around 39 Hz;when the temperature parameter exceeds 30 ℃,the air-cooled fans should operate at an overclocked frequency. At 100%THA condition of the unit, within the temperature parameter range of 5~30 ℃,the air-cooled fans should all operate at an overclocked frequency.
