New pipeline optimization design for a long-distance steam transportation network EPC project
The coordinated optimization operation mode of'source-network-load-storage'provides a new development perspective for China's energy transition and development.Long-distance heat transportation networks serve as channels and bridges,ensuring the efficient,energy-saving,safe,and continuous and stable development and utilization of energy.Taking a certain long-distance steam pipeline EPC project as an example,according to the new pipeline design concept,this paper analyzes and studies from aspects such as project optimized design,pipeline material selection,and project operation effect.Through commissioning and operational testing,the pipeline network achieves the effect of ultra-low energy thermal network distribution with no surface snow melting in winter.
