Study on the characteristics of chemical chain co-gasification of coal and biomass
Chemical chain gasification is a gasification technology for the production of synthesis gas, which reduces the need for pure oxygen and external heat through the circulation of an oxygen carrier.Investigates the impact of natural oxygen carriers(iron ore, sulfuric acid slag, red mud)on the characteristics of chemical chain co-gasification of lignite and wood sawdust. The results indicate that when the blending ratio of lignite to wood sawdust is 7∶3,the temperature is 900 ℃,the steam flow rate is 400 mL/min,and the O/C ratio is 0.2,the chemical chain co-gasification of lignite and wood sawdust achieves optimal gasification conditions. The carbon conversion rate reaches 87.2%,and the gasification efficiency is 68.7%,demonstrating that natural oxygen carriers have a good promoting effect on the co-gasification reaction of lignite and wood sawdust.
