摘要

依托锅炉能效检测对企业在役锅炉进行能效分析,针对锅炉长期处于低负荷的运行现象进行重点研究.研究发现,大量的锅炉长期处于低负荷状态运行,严重制约着锅炉效率的提升,因此分析了低负荷运行导致锅炉热效率降低的原因,并针对性提出相关提升锅炉热效率的建议.

Abstract

Relying on boiler energy efficiency testing to analyze the energy efficiency of boilers in service for enterprises,focusing on the phenomenon of boilers operating at low load for a long time.The study found that a large number of boilers operating at low load for extended periods severely restrict the improvement of boiler efficiency.Therefore,analyzing the reasons for the reduction in boiler thermal efficiency due to low-load operation and refers to literature to propose relevant suggestions for improving boiler thermal efficiency.
