In the centralized heating system, the primary network refers to the hot water pipeline system that provides heat to the secondary network after passing through equipment such as the water supply pipeline from the heat source. The secondary network refers to the pipeline system that supplies hot water to various heating areas through heating equipment, radiators, and pipelines.Over time, the performance of the heat exchanger in the secondary network's district heat exchange station declines, due to the formation of fouling in the heat exchanger, which increases the power consumption of the circulating pump and the operating cost.In the regular operation of the heat exchanger,to monitor the fouling condition on the tube wall of the heat exchanger in the district heat exchange station, this paper designs a scheme for an online monitoring device for heat exchanger fouling thermal resistance. The scheme uses the microcontroller AT89C52 and the temperature sensor DS18B20 to form the lower machine and for programming, and the upper machine is designed using the VB language.Experiments have proven that this scheme can achieve online monitoring of the heat exchanger fouling thermal resistance.
