商务区分布式供能系统用户侧负荷特性研究分析

采用Design Builder软件建立国内某商务区供能系统用户侧负荷预测模型,结合实际调研数据开展典型办公及商务楼冷、热负荷需求的仿真分析.结果表明,模拟得到的用户侧冷负荷超出实际值,热负荷低于实际值,针对此现象进一步分析负荷影响因素的敏感性,对比人员、设备、照明密度以及室内设定温度对负荷需求的敏感性,得出室内设定温度是最大的影响因素.
Research and analysis of load characteristics on the user side of distributed energy supply systems in business districts
The Design Builder software is used to establish a load forecasting model for the user side of an energy supply system in a domestic business district,and a simulation analysis is conducted on the cold and heat load demands of typical office and commercial buildings based on actual survey data.The results show that the simulated user-side cold load exceeds the actual value,while the heat load is lower than the actual value.Aming at this phenomenon is the sensitivity of load-influencing factors is further analyzed,comparing the sensitivity of personnel,equipment,lighting density,and indoor set temperature to load demand,the conclusion is that the indoor set temperature is the most significant influencing factor.
