摘要
某电厂在尿素水解制氨方法中,蒸汽进入尿素水解器做功后产生大量带有热量的疏水,但不能回收利用,存在热量利用率低、企业成本高等问题.将尿素水解反应器原有的疏水系统进行改造,利用疏水对尿素储罐进行加热,以及利用疏水向尿素溶解罐提供溶质和热量.经过对疏水系统的改造,企业获得良好的经济收益,避免对疏水的浪费,节约了水资源.
Abstract
In a certain power plant,during the urea hydrolysis process for ammonia production,steam enters the urea hydrolysis reactor to perform work,which generates a large amount of condensate carrying heat.However,this condensate cannot be recycled and utilized,leading to low heat utilization efficiency and high costs for the enterprise.The original condensate system of the urea hydrolysis reactor renovated,the condensate is used to heat the urea storage tank and to supply solute and heat to the urea dissolution tank.Through the renovation of the condensate system,the enterprise has achieved good economic benefits,avoided the waste of condensate,and saved water resources.
