Methodology for controlling and reducing NOx emissions from boiler flue gas at the source
With the development of modern industry and the acceleration of urbanization in China,the use of industrial,power station,and domestic boilers has increased accordingly.Especially,the number of industrial boilers has been growing year by year,and traditional boilers are gradually being replaced by a new generation of integrated,digital,and intelligent control systems.As the number of combustion boilers increases,the pollution of atmospheric environment by N and S element pollutants in the flue gas emissions from boiler combustion has become increasingly prominent and cannot be ignored.This paper introduces the method to control and reduce NOx emissions from boiler flue gas at the source,and to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.This approach aims to achieve the highest thermal energy utilization efficiency with the least fuel consumption and the lowest NOx emission reduction at the source,thereby achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
