针对甘肃省锅炉数量大且热效率低的问题,设计新型生物质环保节能数控锅炉.该锅炉采用U形曲线反烧技术,优化了炉膛设计,使烟气中的燃料得到进一步燃烧,显著提高了热能利用效率,同时净化了排放烟气中的有害物质,降低了污染物排放.锅炉设计为多功能环保节能炉,适合北方农村建筑采暖,能提高居民舒适度.经济分析显示,与传统燃煤锅炉相比,新型锅炉具有更高的热效率和环保指数,使用生物质作为燃料,有助于推动能源的可持续发展和改善乡村地区的空气质量.
Design and research of a new biomass eco-friendly and energy-saving CNC boiler
In view of the large number of boilers and low thermal efficiency in Gansu Province,a new type of biomass environmental protection and energy-saving CNC boiler was designed.The boiler adopts U-shaped curve back-firing technology,optimizes the furnace design,makes the fuel in the flue gas be further combusted,significantly improves the heat utilization efficiency,purifies the harmful substances in the exhaust flue gas,and reduces the pollutant emission.The boiler is designed as a multi-functional environmentally friendly and energy-saving furnace,which is suitable for heating buildings in rural areas in the north and can improve the comfort of residents.Economic analysis shows that compared with traditional coal-fired boilers,the new boilers have higher thermal efficiency and environmental protection index,and use biomass as fuel,which helps to promote sustainable energy development and improve air quality in rural areas.
