Study on insulation and heat insulation of greenhouse buildings in cold regions and energy consumption analysis
Utilizing the rolling shutter at the top of the south roof slope of the greenhouse to deploy insulation covers during colder periods or sunshade curtains during hotter periods has become an important measure for greenhouse energy conservation.Focusing on three types of insulation covers:Strong needle-punched felt/needle-punched felt/pearl cotton/strong needle-punched felt, strong needle-punched felt/needle-punched cotton felt/strong needle-punched felt, and strong needle-punched felt/needle-punched felt/profiled mesh/strong needle-punched felt for heating energy-saving research. For cooling energy-saving research,it investigates various shading rates of the Svensson series sunshade curtains.By establishing a greenhouse model with SketchUp and simulating with EnergyPlus, the study varies the thermal transmittance coefficient of the insulation covers and the thickness of the insulation core materials,as well as the natural light absorption rate of the sunshade curtains,to select covers and curtains that reduce the load rate and have high economic efficiency.Among them, the combination of strong needle-punched felt/double-layer needle-punched felt/three-layer pearl cotton/strong needle-punched felt is identified as the best choice for insulation covers, and the Obscura80 from the Svensson series is the best choice for sunshade curtains.Deploying the insulation cover combination of strong needle-punched felt/double-layer needle-punched felt/three-layer pearl cotton/strong needle-punched felt in January-February and November-December can reduce the annual heat load by up to 19.9%,and deploying the Obscura80 sunshade curtain in April-September can reduce the annual cold load by up to 73.54%.
