摘要

既有办公建筑存量大,能耗高.在我国"双碳"目标指引下,对既有办公建筑进行低碳化改造是实现建筑领域碳达峰、碳中和的重要路径之一.针对广东既有办公建筑用能及碳排放现状进行调研分析,结果表明该地区既有办公建筑具有较大的节能减排提升空间,结合问题分析提出既有办公建筑低碳化改造流程和技术路径,进一步明确建筑围护结构系统、建筑机电系统、建筑给水排水系统、可再生能源系统及建筑运行管理系统五大低碳节能改造分项的技术要点和具体要求,为广东既有办公建筑低碳化改造提供有效的技术路径.

Abstract

Existing office buildings have a large stock and high energy consumption.Under the guidance of China"double-carbon"targets,the low-carbon transformation of existing office buildings is one of the important paths to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the construction field.The research on the current energy use and carbon emission status of existing office buildings in Guangdong indicates that there is a great potential for energy saving and emission reduction in these buildings.Based on the analysis of the problems,the low-carbon transformation process and technology path for existing office buildings are proposed,and the technical key points and specific requirements of five major low-carbon energy-saving transformation items,including building envelope system,building mechanical and electrical system,building water supply and drainage system,renewable energy system,and building operation management system,are further clarified,providing an effective technical path for the low-carbon transformation of existing office buildings Guangdong.
