大型燃煤发电机组锅炉热水再循环宽负荷脱硝改造技术分析及应用

通过定量分析华能680 MW超临界燃煤电厂机组低负荷运行制约因素,提出锅炉给水再循环联合省煤器给水旁路宽负荷脱硝改造的技术方案.结果显示,该方案改造量少、投资省、工期短,新增设备运行操作量小、维护成本低,以最小的技术产出解决了脱硝装置的安全和性能问题,在正常运行负载范围内不影响经济性能,具有一定的推广价值.
Technical analysis and application of wide-load-range denitration retrofit for large coal-fired power generation unit boilers with hot water recirculation
By quantitatively analyzing the constraints on low-load operation of the 680 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plant unit of Huaneng,a technical plan for wide-load-range denitration retrofit combining boiler feedwater recirculation and economizer feedwater bypass is proposed.The results show that the scheme has a small amount of transformation,low investment,short construction period,small operation amount and low maintenance cost of the new equipment,which solves the safety and performance problems of the denitrification device with the minimum technical output,and does not affect the economic performance within the normal operation load range,and has certain promotion value.
