Optimization analysis of ammonia injection logic for 630 MW unit denitration
To address the long-standing issue of the inability to automatically inject ammonia in the boiler of a certain 630 MW unit,an analysis of the current ammonia injection logic for denitration of the unit was conducted.By adding auxiliary adjustment logic to improve the existing ammonia injection control system, the auxiliary adjustment logic has resolved issues such as the inability to automatically inject ammonia due to flowmeter inaccuracies and large deviations in ammonia uniformity, leading to reverse/forward hanging phenomena.Excessive ammonia injection has been mitigated, and ammonia escape has decreased. The rate of automatic ammonia injection has been improved, and the issue of sudden increases in instantaneous values after calibration and maintenance of the flue gas analyzer has been improved, achieving the goal of increasing the rate of automatic ammonia injection and reducing the labor intensity for operating personnel.
