Coking plant chemical production area VOCs control and retrofit plan
The national ministry of ecology and environment department has strict control over the management of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),and the coking industry is a key industry for VOCs control.This paper introduces the current status of VOCs emissions in the typical coking plant chemical production area,analyzes the components of VOCs exhaust gases and the existing problems in the current VOCs emission control process.Based on the characteristics of each exhaust gas emission point in the chemical production area,measures such as nitrogen sealing for single-tank single-control exhaust gas emission control are adopted.The gas negative pressure recovery process is used to treat the exhaust gases evaporated from the sealed trough tanks in the cold drum section,crude benzene section,and oil depot section.The incineration process is used to treat the exhaust gases from open emissions and the exhaust gases from the trough tanks with poor sealing.The results indicate that after the treatment of organic waste gases in the chemical production area by the process,the exhaust gas emissions can basically meet the emission standard limit requirements of the Coking Chemical Industry Pollutant Emission Standard(GB 16171-2012).
