Based on furnace efficiency test:Economic evaluation of pulverized coal blending in a 660 MW supercritical W-Type boiler
A 660 MW supercritical W-type flame boiler in Guizhou, which actually burns coal, deviates significantly from the designed coal type, and has long-term issues with high denitrification inlet flue gas temperature and high boiler flue gas discharge temperature. The power plant uses the method of blending pulverized coal to solve this problem.Through tests of blending coal with different proportions,it is known that as the proportion of blended pulverized coal increases, the total ash content decreases, the carbon content in fly ash and the flue gas discharge temperature drop significantly, and the boiler efficiency improves accordingly.Compared with not blending pulverized coal, when the blending ratio of pulverized coal increases from 8.3%to 16.7%,the boiler thermal efficiency increases by 0.75%and 1.9%respectively,and the coal consumption for power supply decreases by 2.62 g/kWh,and 7.11 g/kWh respectively.Based on an annual power generation of 6 billion kWh,the annual comprehensive benefit is 7.232 million yuan by purchasing 546 100 tons of 20.93 MJ/kg pulverized coal for blending at a ratio of 16.7%.Blending pulverized coal has good economic benefits and can effectively improve the safety and stability of boiler operation.
