真空热管低温省煤器系统智慧运行的实践研究

针对燃煤锅炉烟气污染物的超低排放需求,研究真空热管低温省煤器系统智慧运行的实践应用,从设备运行数据采集、设备三维数字化呈现、设备异常预警预测、换热成效分析诊断等4个方面对系统运行方案展开分析,并针对运行问题提出改进措施.结果表明,低温省煤器系统的智慧运行能够推动其无人化、自动化转型,实现燃煤锅炉降碳技术的优化升级,节约运维成本.
Practical research on intelligent operation of vacuum heat pipe low-temperature economizer system
In response to the ultra-low emission requirements for coal-fired boiler flue gas pollutants,this study investigates the practical application of intelligent operation of the vacuum heat pipe low-temperature economizer system.The system operation plan is analyzed from four aspects:Equipment operation data collection,three-dimensional digital presentation of equipment,equipment anomaly early warning prediction,and heat transfer efficiency analysis and diagnosis.Improvement measures are proposed for operational issues.The results show that the intelligent operation of the low-temperature economizer system can promote its transformation towards unmanned and automated operation,optimize and upgrade carbon reduction technologies for coal-fired boilers,and save operation and maintenance costs.
