Theoretical analysis and evaluation of pressure difference energy recovery and utilization in natural gas transmission and distribution networks
By analyzing the mechanism of distributed differential pressure energy generation in natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline network and proposing a recycling classification model, the mathematical calculation model and theoretical calculation value of differential pressure energy recovery effect in different modes are studied, and the data of natural gas gate station in a city are used for verification. The results show that the main factors affecting the recovery and utilization of differential pressure energy of natural gas stations are natural gas pressure ratio and low-peak hourly flow, and the recommended values of project site selection are not less than 1.5 and 5×104 m3/h,respectively.The calculation results of the actual data of the station show that the recovery and utilization of natural gas differential pressure of the station under the condition of high pressure ratio and large flow operation is a potential energy-saving and emission reduction development project of the natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline network in China in the future.
