摘要

为了实现压裂返排液的减量化和重复利用,采用前期研究得到的压裂返排液预处理方案,对经处理后的压裂返排液进行复配液研究,分析稠化剂用量对整个复配质量的影响,最终得出每种压裂返排液重复配液时最佳的稠化剂添加浓度,并对其携砂性、破胶性及配伍性进行测试,形成完整的重复配液技术方案,为压裂返排液的无害化、不落地、再利用以及压裂后压裂用水紧缺、运输费用高的处理提供参考.

Abstract

In order to achieve the reduction and reuse of fracturing flowback fluid,the pre-treatment plan obtained from previous research is used to study the reuse of the treated fracturing flowback fluid.The impact of the amount of thickening agent on the overall quality of the reuse fluid is analyzed,and the optimal concentration of thickening agent for each type of fracturing flowback fluid reuse is determined.Tests on sand-carrying capacity,gel-breaking properties,and compatibility are conducted to form a complete reuse fluid technology plan.It provides a reference for the harmless treatment,non-landing,and reuse of fracturing flowback fluid,as well as for the shortage of fracturing water after fracturing,and the high cost of transportation.
