摘要

基于VOF两相流模型,建立二维水平滴形管外降膜数值计算模型,模拟研究不同入口液体温度、液膜流量、管间距对水平管外的降膜流动和传热特性的影响.结果表明:对于水平滴形管,增大液膜流量和水平管间距可以提高降膜传热系数;增加入口液体温度会减小液膜厚度,增大传热系数.

Abstract

Based on the volume of fluid(VOF)model,numerical models of 2D horizontal tubes with the drop-shaped type are set up,and the influence of the inlet liquid temperature,the liquid flow rate,the tube spacing on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of falling film on the horizontal tubes are studied.The results show that the heat transfer coefficients increase with the increase of liquid flow rate and the tube spacing for the falling film flow outside the drop-shaped tube.As the inlet liquid temperature increases,the film thickness decreases while the heat transfer coefficient increases.
