为了确保机组安全经济运行,提出有效的防治方法,将空预器漏风率控制在较低水平.从双金属自补偿密封技术方案的工作特性、建模仿真与实验验证和经济性与社会效益方面进行分析,探讨该方案的工程可行性.结果显示,该方案可以有效补偿空预器转子"蘑菇状"变形产生的三角漏风区域,为空预器的漏风改造提供参考.
Analysis and discussion on the use of bimetallic self-compensating sealing technology to solve the air leakage problem of air preheater
In order to ensure the safe and economical operation of the unit,the air leakage rate of the air preheater is controlled at a low level by proposing effective prevention and control methods.The engineering feasibility of the bimetallic self-compensating sealing technology scheme was analyzed from the aspects of working characteristics,modeling simulation and experimental verification,economic and social benefits.The results show that the scheme can effectively compensate for the triangular air leakage area caused by the"mushroom-shaped"deformation of the rotor of the air preheater,and provide a reference for the air leakage transformation of the air preheater.
