Development and application of flue gas waste heat recovery system based on direct-fired absorption heat pump
To fully recover and utilize the waste heat in the flue gas of gas boilers, and improve the combustion efficiency of gas,a flue gas waste heat recovery system based on direct-fired absorption heat pumps was developed and put into operation in a thermal power station in Tianjin. The results show that the unit's stable state heating capacity is 5 015.3 kW,the waste heat recovery is 2 131 kW,and the unit's COP can reach 1.74.Throughout the heating season, the waste heat recovery is 5 094 GJ,which is equivalent to saving 162 000 m3 of gas.The annual savings in standard coal is 173.8 t,and the annual reduction in CO2 emissions is 460.5 t.The addition of flue gas waste heat recovery system can reduce the water vapor content in the flue gas and achieve the purpose of"whitening".
