面对新能源的间歇性和波动性,大力发展新型储能对支撑新能源消纳、提升电力系统调节能力和稳定性具有重要意义.以电化学储能为代表的新型储能具有响应快、选址灵活、建设期短等优势,在电源侧、电网侧和用户侧广泛应用,其中"风光水火储一体化"大型基地中的电源侧储能是重要的场景.介绍新型储能技术的分类,综述电源侧储能的应用现状,以典型风光水火储建模仿真作为案例,明确了包含不同电源类型的系统的配置电源侧储能的必要性以及进行容量配置与运行优化设计的重要作用,提出面对不同场景选择不同电化学储能形式的建议.
Research and typical scenario analysis of power-side energy storage
In the face of the intermittent and fluctuating nature of new energy,it is of great significance to vigorously develop new energy storage to support the consumption of new energy and improve the regulation capacity and stability of the power system.The new energy storage represented by electrochemical energy storage has the advantages of fast response,flexible site selection and short construction period,and is widely used on the power supply side,the grid side and the user side.This paper introduces the classification of new energy storage technologies,summarizes the application status of power-side energy storage,and takes typical wind,solar,water,fire,and energy storage modeling and simulation as a case study to clarify the necessity of power-side energy storage for systems with different power supply types,as well as the important role of capacity allocation and operation optimization design,and puts forward suggestions for selecting different electrochemical energy storage forms for different scenarios.
