小压比热泵技术在高家梁煤矿井筒防冻供暖中的应用研究

摘要
针对高家梁煤矿井筒防冻供暖现状,为实现清洁能源供暖目标,提出一种基于光伏光热的小压比热泵技术.光伏热(PVT)热泵利用太阳能提高热泵蒸发温度,改善系统热力性能;热泵冷凝温度较低,降低了热泵压缩机的压缩比,从而提高热泵的能效比.结果显示,项目实际运行时,小压比热泵综合性能系数(COP)达到5.29,明显高于同工况下空气源热泵的性能系数,系统供暖能够满足井筒防冻供暖的需求.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of anti-freezing heating in Gaojialiang coal mine,in order to achieve the goal of clean energy heating,a small pressure ratio heat pump technology based on photovoltaic solar thermal was proposed.The PVT heat pump uses solar energy to increase the evaporation temperature of the heat pump and improve the thermal performance of the system.The lower condensing temperature of the heat pump reduces the compression ratio of the heat pump compressor,further improving the energy efficiency ratio of the heat pump.The results show that the comprehensive coefficient of performance(COP)of the small pressure ratio heat pump reaches 5.29 during the actual operation of the project,which is significantly higher than the performance coefficient of the air source heat pump under the same working conditions,and the system heating can meet the needs of wellbore antifreeze heating.
