重力热管内部蒸发冷凝过程的传热特性研究

重力热管是一种高效的热传导设备,基本工作原理是利用液体在内部循环流动的方式将热量从热源传导到热载体.采用Fluent软件研究重力热管内部蒸发冷凝过程的传热特性,在不同的去离子水填充比例、加热功率和充液率条件下,对其传热性能和特性进行分析.结果显示,重力热管的换热系数随着加热功率的增加呈先增大后下降的趋势;随着充液率的增加,对流换热系数先增大后减小,最佳填充比为热管汽化段体积的25%左右.
Research on heat transfer characteristics of the internal evaporation and condensation process of gravity heat pipes
Gravity heat pipe is an efficient heat transfer equipment,its basic working principle is the use of liquid in the internal circulation of the way to transfer heat from the heat source to the heat carrier.Fluent software is used to study the heat transfer characteristics of the evaporation and condensation process inside the gravity heat pipe.The heat transfer performance and characteristics are analyzed under different deionized water filling ratio,different heating power and different liquid filling rate.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of heating power.With the increase of liquid filling rate,the convective heat transfer coefficient first increases and then decreases,and the optimal filling ratio is about 25%of the volume of the vaporizing section of the heat pipe.
