摘要

针对火电机组回转式空气预热器在运行过程中遇到的积灰、漏风及低温腐蚀等问题,提出一种基于风量分切防堵灰和柔性接触式密封技术的节能改造方案.通过对空气预热器的冷端温度进行精确控制,优化风量分布,以防低温结露,减少积灰和腐蚀现象.

Abstract

In view of the problems of dust accumulation,air leakage and low-temperature corrosion encountered in the operation of the rotary air preheater of thermal power units,an energy-saving transformation scheme based on air volume slitting and anti-ash plugging and flexible contact sealing technology is proposed.By precisely controlling the cold junction temperature of the air preheater,the air volume distribution is optimized to prevent low temperature condensation,significantly reducing fouling and corrosion.
