摘要

因煤炭供应变化,新疆部分在役机组需要改烧高水分准东煤,而原设计煤水分较低,改烧准东煤导致制粉系统干燥出力不足,尤其在寒冷天气下问题更加明显.以1台480 t/h改烧准东煤的锅炉为研究对象,通过在管式空气预热器的原二次风管箱上部增加一级一次风管箱的技术改造方法提高一次风温.结果显示,改造后的一次风温从约300℃提高到370℃,各季节磨煤机出口风温均超过60℃,磨煤机干燥出力得到明显提升;改造后一次风温可以在300~370℃之间灵活调节,提高了对煤种及季节变化的适应性.实践证明,在原二次风管箱上部增加一级一次风管箱的技术改造方法可行且有效.

Abstract

Due to the change of coal supply,some in-service units in Xinjiang need to burn high-moisture Zhundong coal,and the original design coal has low moisture,which will lead to insufficient drying output of the pulverizing system after burning,especially in cold weather.Taking a 480 t/h boiler modified to burn Zhundong coal as the research object,this paper improves the primary air temperature by adding a primary air box above the original secondary air box of the tubular air preheater.The results show that the primary air temperature is increased from about 300℃ to 370℃,the outlet air temperature of the mill is more than 60℃in each season,and the drying output of the mill is obviously increased.After the transformation,the primary air temperature can be flexibly adjusted between 300℃ and 370℃,which improves the adaptability to coal species and seasonal changes.Practice has proved that the technical transformation method of adding a primary air duct box above the original secondary air duct box is feasible and effective.
