摘要

静电除尘器是燃煤电厂中重要的排烟设备,其电源装置会直接影响整体烟尘的排放效率以及电能消耗量.研究燃煤电厂静电除尘电源装置的节能降耗技术,从节能特性、电场模型构建以及电源装置节能分析等3个方面总结电源装置的节能机理,分析不同情况下节能降耗的具体配置,强化减排效果.

Abstract

Electrostatic precipitator is an important smoke exhaust equipment in coal-fired power plants,and its power supply device will directly affect the overall dust emission efficiency and electric energy consumption.The paper focuses on the energy-saving and consumption reduction technology of the electrostatic dust removal power supply device in coal-fired power plants,summarizes the energy-saving mechanism of the power supply device from three aspects:energy-saving characteristics,electric field model construction and energy-saving analysis of the power supply device,and analyzes the specific configuration of energy-saving and consumption reduction under different circumstances,and strengthens the emission reduction effect.
