以宝钢股份宝山基地炼铁区域环境除尘系统节能改造项目为例,深入探讨现役烧结机尾除尘系统中系统流量、系统阻力和风机装置效率等因素对电机运行功率的影响.基于除尘系统实际运行状态数据,对系统流量、系统阻力及风机装置效率进行分析,揭示现役系统和风机装置存在的问题,并提出切实可行的节能改造方案.依据节电量与改造成本的平衡原则,对风机进出口管网及风机本体进行针对性改造.结果显示,改造后的系统流量成功达到设计值,系统阻力降低6%,风机效率提升17.1%,电机功率下降20.4%,验证了节电改造策略的可行性及其良好的应用效果.
Power saving renovation of sintering machine tail dedusting system
Taking Baoshan iron-making area environmental dust removal system energy-saving renovation project as an example,the influence of system flow rate,system resistance and fan unit efficiency on motor running power in active sintering machine tail dust removal system is deeply discussed.Based on the actual operation data of the dust removal system,the system flow,system resistance and efficiency of the fan device are comprehensively analyzed,the existing problems of the current system and the fan device are revealed,and the feasible energy-saving transformation scheme is proposed.According to the principle of balance between power-saving and transformation cost,the fan import and export pipe network and fan body are transformed.The results show that the system flow rate successfully reaches the design value,the system resistance is reduced by 6%,the fan efficiency is increased by 17.1%,and the motor power is reduced by 20.4%,which verifies the feasibility of the energy-saving transformation strategy and its good application effect.
