高校科研人员对知识产权信息服务的持续使用意愿影响因素探究

摘要
在ECM-ISC和D&M的基础上,文章引入感知风险和社会影响两个因素,构建高校科研人员知识产权信息服务持续使用意愿模型,并采用结构方程模型对221 份样本数据进行分析.实证结果表明:科研人员对知识产权信息服务的满意度是影响其对知识产权信息服务的持续使用意愿的主要因素;社会影响正向影响科研人员对知识产权信息服务的持续使用意愿;感知风险负向影响科研人员对知识产权信息服务的持续使用意愿.进一步分析发现,社会影响、感知风险分别作用于科研人员对知识产权信息服务的持续使用意愿的程度在不同学科背景和使用经验之间存在显著差异.
Abstract
Based on the information system continuous use model and the information system success model,this paper introduces two factors of perceived risk and social impact,and constructes a model of university researchers'continuous use intention of intellectual property information service.221 valid sample data are collected by question-naire,and the data are analyzed by structural equation model.The results show that satisfaction and social influ-ence have a positive impact on the continuance intention,while perceived risk had a negative impact on the contin-uance intention.Service quality and service content have positive influence on expectation confirmation of research-ers.Further analysis reveal that the willingness of researchers to continue using perceived risk and social influence differe significantly among different disciplinary backgrounds and use experiences.It is of great significance to ex-plore the influencing factors of university researchers'willingness to continue using the intellectual property infor-mation service,which can help to reasonably locate the needs of researchers and improve the quality of university intellectual property information service.
