摘要
文章在概括介绍国立兰州大学校长辛树帜先生及其对本校图书馆馆藏建设独特贡献的基础上,重点梳理了杂志、古籍、外文、地域四类特色文献形成的史实,展现了一个在旧时代落后条件下成功开展特色化馆藏建设的历史范例,最后对该特色化馆藏建设的意义和启示作了必要的阐释.
Abstract
On the basis of a brief introduction of Mr.Xin Shuzhi,president of National Lanzhou University,and his unique contribution to the collection construction of the university library,this article focuses on the historical facts of the formation of four types of characteristic literature:magazines,ancient books,foreign language books,and re-gional literature,showcasing a historical example of successfully carrying out the construction of characteristic col-lections under the backward conditions of the old era.Then,the significance and inspiration of this construction are explained.
