Marketing Strategy of Short Video in Cultural Education of University Library under"New 4C Rule"
Moral education is the core duty of colleges and universities.It is the requirement of the times and the historical mission for university library to exert its cultural and resource advantages to developing cultural education.With the popularization of mobile Internet,short video has flourished with its characteristics of fast information de-livery,easy and interesting,strong social attributes,personalized customization,and has become a new medium for libraries to build online training positions.Embedding the marketing theory of"New 4C Rule",this paper puts for-ward the short video culture education marketing strategy of"expanding scene thinking,uniting community strength,cultivating high quality content and creating connection between people",then illustrates it with cases.
