面向2035的学术图书馆员胜任力模型构建与培养策略研究

摘要
建设文化强国、教育强国是国家2035 年远景目标纲要的重要内容之一,也是社会文化服务和教育机构的战略发展导向.文章在分析业界对图书馆员研究现状的基础上,从社会发展对行业环境转型变革的促进、行业变革对学术馆员能力培养的要求和学术馆员培养所面临的困境提出面向2035 的学术馆员胜任力需求,进而提出从构建复合能力体系、提升创新服务能力、提升全域服务能力和加强教育培训考核四个方面进行馆员培养.
Abstract
Building a strong cultural and educational country is one of the important contents of the national 2035 long-term goal outline,as well as the strategic development direction of social and cultural services and education-al institutions.Based on the analysis of the current research status of librarians in the industry,this article proposes academic librarian competency requirements for 2035 from the perspectives of promotion of social development to li-brary environment transformation,the requirements of industry transformation for academic librarian competency training,and the challenges faced by academic librarian training.Furthermore,it proposes building a composite competency system,enhancing innovative service capabilities,whole-scale service ability and education training.
