文章在整合相关实证文献的基础上,构建了过载视角下社交媒体用户不持续使用意愿整合模型,并基于元分析结构方程模型方法,揭示了社交媒体过载对用户不持续使用意愿的影响效应.元分析方法结果显示:疲惫对社交媒体用户不持续使用意愿平均效应最大;过载因素中,交流过载对不持续使用意愿相关系数均值最大,其次为信息过载、技术过载.结构方程模型方法分析结果显示:疲惫、交流过载对不持续使用意愿具有显著的正向直接影响;技术过载对信息过载、交流过载、疲惫均有正向显著影响;信息过载通过疲惫的中介作用间接影响不持续使用意愿;文化背景、社交媒体类型对信息过载、疲惫与不持续使用意愿的影响具有调节作用.
The Mechanism of Social Media Overload and Fatigue on Users' Discontinuance Intention:An Analysis Based on Meta-analysis Structural Equation Modeling
Based on the integration of relevant empirical literature,this paper constructs an integrated model of so-cial media users'discontinuance intention from the perspective of overload.Based on the meta-analysis structural equation modeling method(MASEM),this paper reveals the impact of social media overload on users'discontinu-ance intention.The meta-analysis method analysis results show that fatigue has the largest average effect on social media users'discontinuance intention;among the overload factors,communication overload has the largest mean value of correlation coefficients of discontinuance intention,followed by information overload and technology over-load.The analysis results of the structural equation model method show that fatigue and communication overload have a significant positive direct impact on the discontinuance intention;technology overload has a positive and sig-nificant impact on information overload,communication overload,and fatigue;information overload indirectly influ-ences discontinuance intention through the mediating role of fatigue.Cultural background and social media types have a moderating effect on the influence of information overload,fatigue,and discontinuance intention.
