英国公共图书馆健康信息素养教育服务实践研究

摘要
在"健康中国"战略下,公共图书馆在缩小健康信息差距、推广健康教育及促进健康公平方面发挥关键作用.英国公共图书馆较早开展健康信息服务,具有相对成熟的服务创新实践经验.本文通过文献调研和网络分析,研究了英国公共图书馆健康素养服务的发展与现状,分析了现有服务实践下的关键推动因素.建议从资源建设、智力支持、数字赋能和合作关系建设等方面,推动我国公共图书馆健康信息素养教育的发展,实现高质量的创新服务.
Abstract
Under the"Healthy China"strategy,public libraries play a pivotal role in narrowing health information disparities,promoting health education,and enhancing health equity.British public libraries,having initiated health information services early,possess relatively advanced experience in service innovation practices.This paper investigates the development and current state of health literacy services in British public libraries through literature review and network analysis,analyzing the key driving factors in current service practices.It suggests that the de-velopment of health information literacy education in Chinese public libraries should be promoted by focusing on re-source development,intellectual support,digital empowerment,and the construction of collaborative relationships,aiming to achieve high-quality innovative services.
