Research on Risk Assessment of Government Purchasing Public Library Services——Taking Chengdu as an Example
It is timely to conduct research on the risk assessment of government purchasing public library services.This essay first constructs theoretical risk indicators,and then determines the final risk indicators based on purcha-sing practices.Taking three public libraries in Chengdu as examples,the risk of government purchasing public li-brary services is assessed using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the overall risk level is obtained.Finally,based on the cultural administrative authorities,public libraries,and social organizations,the essay identifies latent causes of risks and then proposes corresponding risk avoidance suggestions in order to reduce potential risks and promote the high-quality development of government purchasing public library services.
