Influencing Factors and Development Strategies of Innovative Service in University Libraries in Jiangsu Province——An Analysis Based on Grounded Theory
This paper uses the semi-structured interview method to obtain the original data,based on the grounded theory.This paper explores the influencing factors of the innovation service of university libraries in Jiangsu Prov-ince,and codes and anolyzes the data then builts the influencing factor model.It is found that the influencing fac-tors of innovation service of university libraries in Jiangsu Province mainly include five aspects:external environ-ment,participants,supporting resources,research results and service objectives.In order to provide a reference for improving the quality of innovation services in university libraries,this paper puts forward the development strategy of innovative services of university libraries from the aspects of clarifying the responsibilities of each participant,co-ordinating the relationship between participants,ensuring technology,resources,and talent support,and improving the user evaluation system.
