Analysis of Research Topics and Hot Frontiers in International Cooperation Papers in the Field of Library and Information Science between China and the United States
Based on the Scopus & SciVal platforms,the literature metrology and visualization methods are used to analyze the topic distribution,hot research frontiers and key research topics of international cooperation papers in the field of library and information science between China and the United States.The results show that:1.Although the number of international cooperative papers in china is lower than that of the United States,the citation impact and the article ratio of high-quality journals in China are higher than that of the United States.2.The hot frontiers of international cooperation papers mainly include the openness of government affairs,bibliometrics and network metrology,virtual screening of drug preparation and design,and drug information discovery.3.China needs further research on library outreach services,social media,interdisciplinary studies and information literacy.
