Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Government Sector Data Resources Utilization Based on the TOE Framework
In the era of big data,the utilization of government data resources is increasingly gaining attention.Based on the TOE framework,this study constructs a model of influencing factors,collects data through surveys and inter-views,and analyzes it using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0.The results indicate that government staff are still in the early stages of data resource utilization,with perceived advantages and trend pressure significantly influencing their willingness to use data.However,deeper factors such as compatibility,technical capabilities,and organizational cul-ture have not yet shown a significant impact.Therefore,in the early stages of data resource utilization,governments should focus on promoting and guiding usage while providing policy support to encourage effective data use.
