摘要
文化志愿服务是我国文化事业发展的重要组成部分.辽宁省图书馆特殊群体服务中心结合小世界网络挖掘潜在志愿者来帮扶弱势群体,以传播手语技能、普及阅读文化、传递社会关爱为目标,创办了"手语世界"文化助残志愿活动.此活动已坚持开展了 20年,图书馆员与志愿者群体形成了可持续的合作共赢机制,打开了公共图书馆文化志愿服务的新局面.文章详细分析了"手语世界"文化志愿活动的实践和启示,以期与同行交流.
Abstract
Cultural volunteerism is an important part of China's cultural development.Liaoning Provincial Library Service Center for Special Groups combined with the Small World Network to explore potential volunteers to help dis-advantaged groups,with the goal of spreading sign language skills,popularizing reading culture and conveying social care,and founded the"Sign Language World"cultural volunteer activities to help people with disabilities.This ac-tivity has been carried out for 20 years,and librarians and volunteers have formed a sustainable win-win cooperation mechanism,which has opened up a new situation of cultural volunteerism in public libraries.This article analyzes in detail the practice and inspiration of the"Sign Language World"cultural volunteer activity,and shares it with col-leagues.
