Practical Research and Enlightenment of Digital Literacy Education in Japanese University Libraries
Under the background of global digital strategy,new requirements are put forward for citizens'digital lit-eracy.Taking the practice of digital literacy education in Japanese university libraries as the research object and using two methods of internet research and literature research,the article investigates and analyzes the progress of digital literacy education in 16 Japanese university libraries from five levels:education subject,education object,education framework,education form and guarantee mechanism.The article further proposes countermeasures and suggestions:strengthening the cooperation of subjects,focusing on lifelong literacy needs,developing framework standards,expanding education forms,and improving the guarantee mechanism,to improve the digital literacy edu-cation system in Chinese university libraries.
