镜面竹青与檀香紫檀的表面性能对比

为探究新型竹材加工技术,生产出附加值高、性能优异的竹产品,利用竹材表面头道青层致密、光滑、耐磨的优点,将毛竹材进行去皮打磨处理后得到头道青竹青,即镜面竹青,将其与用2 000 目砂纸打磨后得到的檀香紫檀做表面性能对比,分别测试材料表面的光泽度、硬度、粗糙度、润湿性和耐污性这5种物理性能。打磨处理后的镜面竹青在光泽度、粗糙度以及耐污性上的表面性能优于檀香紫檀,且在硬度和润湿性上的表面性能也与檀香紫檀相近。通过材料性能比对,说明了该种竹材创新处理工艺使竹材作为家具和装饰材料有了卓越的性能提升,在未来竹家具生产使用中也拥有着巨大的潜力。
Comparative Study on the Surface Properties of Mirrored Green Skin of Bamboo and Pterocarpus Santalinus
In order to explore new bamboo processing technology and produce bamboo products with high added value and excellent performance,the first layer of bamboo green skin,namely mirrored green skin of bamboo,was obtained af-ter peeling and grinding the moso bamboo,which has the advantages of dense,smooth and wear-resistant in the first lay-er of green skin.The surface properties were compared with Pterocarpus santalinus after grinding with grit-2000 sandpa-per,and the five physical properties of the material surface were tested respectively.The surface properties of the pol-ished mirrored green skin of bamboo were better than Pterocarpus santalinus in glossiness,roughness and stain resis-tance,and the surface properties were similar to Pterocarpus santalinus in hardness and wettability.Through the compari-son of material properties,it was shown that the innovative treatment technology of bamboo has improved the perfor-mance of bamboo as furniture and decoration material,which will have great potential in the future production and use of bamboo furniture.
